產(chǎn)品介紹

動(dòng)物或植物細(xì)胞發(fā)生氧化應(yīng)激(oxidative stress)時(shí),會(huì)發(fā)生脂質(zhì)氧化。丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)是一種生物體脂質(zhì)氧化的天然產(chǎn)物,一些脂肪酸氧化后逐漸分解為一系列包括MDA在內(nèi)的復(fù)雜化合物,此時(shí)通過檢測MDA的水平即可檢測脂質(zhì)氧化的水平,因此MDA的測定被廣泛用作脂質(zhì)氧化的指標(biāo)。生物體內(nèi)的一些其它生化反應(yīng)也會(huì)產(chǎn)生MDA,例如thromboxane synthase也可以催化產(chǎn)生,但只要在測定時(shí)設(shè)置適當(dāng)對(duì)照即可觀察到脂質(zhì)氧化水平的變化。

本司丙二醛(MDA)檢測試劑盒(TBA比色法,MDA Assay Kit)又稱脂質(zhì)氧化(MDA)檢測試劑盒,是采用一種基于MDA和硫代巴比妥酸(thiobarbituric acid, TBA)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生紅色產(chǎn)物的顯色反應(yīng),隨后通過比色法用于對(duì)血漿、血清、尿液、動(dòng)植物組織或細(xì)胞裂解液中MDA進(jìn)行定量檢測,廣泛用于脂質(zhì)氧化(lipid peroxidation)水平檢測,丙二醛在較高溫度及酸性環(huán)境中可與TBA發(fā)生反應(yīng)形成紅色的MDA-TBA加合物,MDA-TBA加合物在535nm處有最大吸收,據(jù)此可以通過比色法進(jìn)行檢測。另外MDA-TBA加合物也可以在535nm被激發(fā)產(chǎn)生最大發(fā)射波長553nm,據(jù)此也可以進(jìn)行熒光檢測。本試劑盒僅用于科研領(lǐng)域,不宜用于臨床診斷或其他用途。

注意事項(xiàng):利用丙二醛(MDA)與硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)結(jié)合產(chǎn)生紅色復(fù)合物,分光光度法檢測532nm處吸光度,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出MDA含量,反應(yīng)出脂質(zhì)氧化情況。。
